Who we support

Global Children's Challenge™

In 2011, 120,000 children from all over the world participated in the Global Children’s Challenge™, a health initiative designed by the GCC to get children from all over the world active, and instill in them the habit and importance of daily exercise for the rest of their lives. For every participant an organisation enrols in the GCC 2012, a child in the community will be enrolled in the Global Children's Challenge™ 2012 at no cost to the school, child, government or parents.

Footprint Initiative

The Iganga Babies Home is a last hope refuge for orphaned and abandoned children in the small eastern Ugandan town of Iganga. The children are aged from birth to five years and are accepted into the home under the criteria that “if they are not taken into the home they literally will not survive”. Thanks to the generous donations of GCC participants, we have been able to improve the daily life of orphans in Uganda.

The Foundation for Chronic Disease Prevention (FCDP)

FCDP works with the GCC to conduct vital evidence-based research into chronic disease prevention, with a particular focus on prevention within the workplace. FCDP partners with some of the world's foremost independent research institutes in this area, including: Lancaster University and Monash University.
